My extensive training in EMDR, Deep Brain Reorienting, Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Polyvagal Theory and Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment, encourage focus on the experience of the cultivation of you as a whole person.
Because safety is essential to growth, I strive to create an environment of kindness, curiosity, openness, warmth and informality that invites you into the deeper relationship with yourself that is so important to healing. Treatment goals often focus on identifying inaccurate thoughts of "not enough" while helping you become more comfortable feeling your body, learning to listen to thoughts, feelings and sensations in ways that cultivate emotional clarity and peace.
